This Shipping Policy describes how orders are reviewed, prepared, shipped, and supported after checkout for Ziloa customers. These pages are written to remove uncertainty, define the store's responsibilities, and show customers what to expect at each step. The store currently serves customers in Singapore, and checkout amounts are displayed in USD.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles), GMT-08:00.
  • Handling Time / Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days, Monday-Saturday, after payment is successfully authorized through Shopify Payments.
  • Transit Time: 7-13 Business Days, Monday-Saturday, after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8-16 Business Days, including order processing and transit.

Business Days are counted from Monday through Saturday and exclude public holidays and carrier non-service dates. If an order needs address, payment, or risk verification, we may contact the customer before releasing the shipment.

SHIPPING COST

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within Singapore. No minimum purchase required. Standard shipping is provided at a cost of 0 USD for eligible orders, and the checkout Shipping field should display 0.00 USD for standard delivery.

DELIVERY AREA

Currently, we only ship to addresses within Singapore. We do not ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Please enter the full delivery address at checkout, including apartment or unit number, postal code, and reachable phone number where required. If an address cannot be served, we will contact the customer before continuing with the order. Customers in Singapore should be able to compare product details, shipping expectations, and return steps without finding conflicting statements.

SHIPPING METHODS & COURIERS

We partner with reliable couriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery of your items.

A single order may be divided into more than one package if inventory routing, parcel size, or carrier requirements make separate shipment more practical. We do not add an extra standard shipping charge when we split an order.

Fabric Basket Packing Notes

Ziloa storage baskets are checked for basket shape, color, handle style, package count, and foldable condition before carrier handoff. Tall baskets are reviewed for rope handles and open-top structure, cube bins for paired quantity and lining, and slim closet baskets for reinforced rim and flat woven handles.

A Ziloa shipment contains the listed fabric basket or basket set only. Orders do not include shelving units, furniture, blankets, toys, closet systems, plastic crates, installation hardware, or home-organization services shown or implied by lifestyle images.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package via our Order Tracking page or directly through the courier's official website.

If tracking appears delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, customers should contact us with the order number and relevant photos or tracking details so we can review the shipment and help with the next reasonable step. For condition-based questions, photos of the item and packaging are more useful than general descriptions alone. For towel and cloth orders, return review may consider fabric condition, unused status, package count, absorbency-related listing details, and cleanliness.
