This Payment Policy explains how Ziloa accepts payments, shows order totals, and protects checkout information through Shopify Payments. These pages are written to remove uncertainty, define the store's responsibilities, and show customers what to expect at each step. Our checkout is powered by Shopify Payments.
Checkout review is designed to show customers the payment method, order total, shipping charge, and billing details before the payment is authorized. Customers in Singapore should be able to compare product details, shipping expectations, and return steps without finding conflicting statements.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club.
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and should match the payment icons displayed in the store footer. Payment options displayed at checkout may depend on customer location, device, browser, card issuer, and the payment settings available through Shopify Payments.
SSL ENCRYPTION & DATA PROTECTION
All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, a secure payment gateway. Your credit card information is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer technology (128-bit SSL encryption) and stored with AES-256 encryption.
The payment flow is protected through secure socket layer encryption, and sensitive card verification stays within the Shopify Payments environment.
PCI-DSS COMPLIANCE LEVEL 1
Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all credit card transactions processed via Shopify Payments on our store, ensuring your financial data is protected by the highest industry standards.
NO CREDIT CARD STORAGE
We do not collect, store, or have access to your actual credit card numbers or security codes. All payment credential verification is handled directly by Shopify Payments and the respective card issuing bank.
TRANSACTION CURRENCY & TRANSPARENCY
All prices on our website are listed and charged in USD. The total final price, including applicable shipping costs, will be clearly itemized and displayed at the checkout page before you authorize payment. We never charge any hidden processing fees, handling fees, or unannounced taxes.
Payment Authorization and Capture
Orders move forward after payment is successfully authorized. A bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or Shopify Payments may show a pending authorization before the charge is fully captured or settled.
Billing Information
Customers must provide accurate billing information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if billing details cannot be verified, payment is declined, or fraud review is required.
Failed or Pending Payments
If payment fails or remains pending, the order may not be processed. Customers may need to contact their bank, card issuer, or payment provider to resolve payment issues.
Fraud Review
For customer protection, orders may be reviewed when payment details, billing information, or order behavior appears inconsistent. A suspicious or unauthorized order may be canceled and refunded through the original payment route.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments. Bank and card issuer processing times may vary after the refund is submitted.
Taxes and Duties
Taxes, duties, or other charges shown at checkout are based on the available store settings and applicable rules. Customers are responsible for reviewing the final amount before payment.
FABRIC BASKET CHECKOUT REVIEW
Before authorizing payment, Ziloa customers should confirm the selected basket shape, size, color, handle style, and quantity. A tall moss basket, rust cube bin two-pack, and slim oatmeal closet basket have different dimensions, prices, and package contents.
Payment confirmation applies only to the physical Ziloa storage basket order shown at checkout. It does not include shelving units, closet installation, home organizing services, furniture, blankets, toys, or accessories not listed on the product page.
NO OFF-PLATFORM BASKET PAYMENTS
Ziloa customers should complete payment only through this website checkout. We do not request separate payments through chat apps, bank transfer, or unrelated payment links for basket reservations, replacement handles, faster support, or hidden shipping upgrades.
ORDER TOTAL TRACEABILITY
Each Ziloa payment record connects the order number to the selected basket title, quantity, shipping address, payment method, and checkout email. This helps support review refunds, exchanges, missing basket claims, or delivery questions without asking customers to send card numbers by email.
ZILOA BASKET PAYMENT EXAMPLES
A Ziloa cart may contain one tall basket, a two-pack cube bin set, or one slim closet basket. These are physical fabric storage products with different sizes and quantities, so the customer should review the selected title, quantity, and shipping address before submitting payment.
The checkout total should not include closet design fees, shelving installation charges, room-organization subscriptions, furniture assembly, replacement handle deposits, or cleaning services. If the cart shows anything unexpected, customers should correct the order before payment authorization.
PAYMENT SUPPORT BOUNDARIES
Ziloa payment support can review order status, refund status, duplicate payment concerns, failed authorization, or a mismatch between payment confirmation and the basket items ordered. Support cannot see full card numbers and will not ask customers to email card details, security codes, or banking passwords.
If a customer contacts us about a payment issue, useful details include the order number, checkout email, date of purchase, payment method label shown by Shopify, and the specific basket item involved. Product-use photos are usually unnecessary for payment questions unless the payment issue is tied to a return or damage claim.
