FABRIC BASKET SUPPORT RECORDS

When customers contact Ziloa about fabric storage baskets, support messages may include shelf measurements, basket shape, handle type, fabric texture, color, package count, delivery packaging, return reason, or product-condition photos. These details are used to answer the order question, verify what was purchased, review damage or missing pieces, and keep a written support record.

Ziloa does not require photos of entire rooms, closet contents, personal documents, or household inventory lists to process a storage basket order. If customers mention intended use such as towels, toys, blankets, accessories, or shelf storage, that information is treated only as ordinary support context.

PRODUCT PHOTOS SENT TO SUPPORT

Photos submitted for basket support should focus on physical product details: fabric texture, handle stitching, lining, fold seam, rim, package count, label, or damaged area. Customers may crop out unrelated household details before sending images.
